diet is to reduce the number of fruits and vegetables that a person eats
while increasing the intake of grapefruit and meat. In this article, I
will go through the steps to successfully completing the grapefruit
diet.
Step 1: Decide on which diet to follow

Step 2: Have a shower or bath at least twice a day
